The mickey sprinkles are from a past DIS challenge hosted by Brittney. They are called Delicate Mickey Sprinkles and were from Challenge #25- http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1970442

You should go back and look through all of the challenges, you can find some great free stuff, but also get some great inspiration from all the LOs.
