Best of luck everyone! I had a shocking weekend (Chinese takeaway; Mexican restaurant; Cocktails; Champagne...) so I've REALLY got to pull my socks up this week...
I have been tracking , but not as thoroughly as i should of, it is so easy to forget the things that you eat and not write it down.So after a week that has seen a big mac at macdonalds + the fries and then a meal out with starter, main and a pudding, i'm not surprised how i've done this week-she says kicking her self up the bum!
