great tips of what to do while in Florida, may pinch a few ideas.
im not weighing in this week, dread to think what ive gained as last week i suddenly switched to holiday mode. been doing my best to eat as good as possible.
im going to weigh myself on the wii fit tomorrow morning and again when i get home to see what ive gained on holiday.
after that i will restart a new journey and set myself a final target weight.

I put on again this week. 2.5lbs!! After sticking to my diet for the whole of 2007 and only putting on once in a whole 12 months I just can't stick to it for longer than a fortnight!!!
I'm not upset as I know exactly what I did wrong (and it was more than my meal at Tony Romas!) but I am disappointed with myself.
Oh, well at least I went to WW this evening. (Followed by an unhealthy binge in the kitchen once I got home.) Perhaps I should pin the tracker sheet to myself this week and then I may actually fill it in for longer than 2 days.
I forgot to post yesterday, I loss a massive.......... 0.5lbsso much for trying to get into a new routine at home this week. Oh well maybe this week will be better.

Sorry I haven't kept up with this thread for the last few days - have been feeling a bit off colour. It's obviously helped, though, as I've lost 3 lbs this weekFinally got under the 12 stone mark and lost a total of 2 stone now

been to get weighed,i have stuck to it,but didn't feel like i had lost anything,so i had a nice surprise,when i had lost 10lb,so back on track now.
