I am relieved to have STS this week. It's been so difficult with the girls off, and there being lots of Jelly Tot cakes, choccie fingers and Pringles lying around. I hoping to be back on track once the little darlings are back at school/college![]()

Lost 1lb this week - slowly, s-l-o-w-l-y...No, I'm pleased really - every pound lost takes me down to a weight I haven't been for many years and I'm even closer to dropping a jean size - can zip 'em up now...

Forgot to say, I can't wait to go shopping for some new clothes...
) I'm 5ft 4" does anyone know what weight I need to be to fit into a 12 I know it can vary with body shape etc.


And it'll be so fab being able to indulge without feeling guilty...
