I lost 2lbs this week which im very pleased about and also tried on a size 20 top and it fit :scared1: i couldnt believe it :goodvibes ive been a size 22/24 for years, so it felt so good :thumbsup2

Well done everyone you are all doing so well. On my weight in on thursday this week I'd lost another 1ib from last week. I have to keep myself from buying the easter eggs that are on such a good rate in Asda.
 
Well, after a week of cake, chinese & alcohol (thanks to getting older) I'm quite amazed to have found, that although I have gained, it's only half a lb!

Shouldn't take me too long this week to shift that I hope! I was expecting more back on, so I'm not too disheartened really.

Back on the wagon this week - working double hard at my classes and the gym! :thumbsup2

Well this week I have stuck to the diet but very half heartedly, however, I have played squash, been to 2 aqua aerobic classes, a spnning class and have been swimming! Last weekend when I tried on my fave pair of jeans they didn't fit, I couldn't even get close to doing them up, well Ive just tried them on again and they now fit!! :cool1:

I made a lovely Vegetable & Pasta bake last night :thumbsup2

Vegetable and Macaroni Bake (WW recipe)
Serves 4 - Points per serving 4.5

180 g pasta, uncooked, macaroni
90 g green beans, sliced
1 medium courgette, sliced
1 medium red green or yellow pepper(s), de-seeded and sliced
120 g cauliflower, or broccoli, broken into small florets
450 ml skimmed milk
3 level tablespoon cornflour
90 g half-fat ... Read Morecheddar cheese, grated

1. Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 5/190ºC/375°F.

2. Cook the macaroni in plenty of boiling, lightly salted water for about 10 minutes, until just tender. Meanwhile, cook the vegetables in a small amount of boiling, lightly salted water for 3-4 minutes; drain well.

3. While the macaroni and vegetables are cooking, put the milk and cornflour in a saucepan and stir until blended. Heat, stirring constantly with a small wire whisk or wooden spoon, until thickened and smooth. Remove from the heat and add most of the cheese, stirring until it melts. Season with salt and pepper.

4. Drain the macaroni and add the cheese sauce, stirring well. Add the vegetables and stir well again. Transfer to a shallow ovenproof baking dish and sprinkle with the reserved cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese melts and turns golden brown.
 
That's a lovely sounding recipe - may try that with my lot, as the kids love broc and cauli. I have struggled to STS for the last few weeks, too many temptations ie my birthday, big day out in Cardiff watching the rugby, half term :scared1:

Hoping to notice real loss when I give up chocolate for Lent next week, just gotta get through those pancakes first!!
