Well done Natasha, Jackieleanne, Jen, wideyes and chilly ( I love mt wii fit it's fab) good losses. Tinks 1/2 lb is'nt bad at all I'm sure it was worth it and will be lost again in no time. :)
Well I managed to be good all week during half term even with the girls at home constantly snacking popcorn:: but then lost it at the weekend and now need to get my points back on track :eek: starting today!!!

i love my wiifit, mind you these days i use it for fun as ive got my wii fitness coach and thats a bit more serious-exercise wise

I have had a bit of a blip this week and put on 1.5 lbs oops, after the week i had last week thats not to bad, i thought it would be worse.
I have been shopping and got my self back on track today though, so hoping to have lost that by next week :wizard:

I lost 2lbs this week, stragnge as my health visitor told me to eat more when i was having problems with my milk supply for Isabelle and i did....lol that may catch me up next week!! eeekk!

I had a thoroughly bad week this week, McDonalds, Pizza, cookies etc but only managed to put on 12oz so not nearly as bad as I thought ;)

Went walking this morning for the first time since last July so hopefuly the 3 miles will help, did a massive food shop yesterday too so hoping I can reach my first 2 stone mark very soon :thumbsup2

I had a thoroughly bad week this week, McDonalds, Pizza, cookies etc but only managed to put on 12oz so not nearly as bad as I thought ;)

Went walking this morning for the first time since last July so hopefuly the 3 miles will help, did a massive food shop yesterday too so hoping I can reach my first 2 stone mark very soon :thumbsup2

...after a week of cake, chinese & alcohol (thanks to getting older) I'm quite amazed to have found, that although I have gained, it's only half a lb!

Well this week I have stuck to the diet but very half heartedly, however, I have played squash, been to 2 aqua aerobic classes, a spnning class and have been swimming! Last weekend when I tried on my fave pair of jeans they didn't fit, I couldn't even get close to doing them up, well Ive just tried them on again and they now fit!!
That's the best result there is IMO - well done, Jen... :worship:

I havent been too well this past couple of days- feeling rough -flu like symptoms, so i wont be going out to get weighed at SW(seaworld to me :rotfl2: ), but i have to get up and go to walton hospital tomorrow (dh is having to drive me) for my post op check up, whch i'm quite nervous about.
