just been to asda & got some new work trousers,now 2 sizes smaller:thumbsup2

I just got back from my first ever spinning class, I can honestly say it was the hardest thing I have ever done in my life!! :faint: I felt every single minute of it, I cannot believe how hard it is! :eek:

Well done Tracy as I know you were panicing over the cheese sandwich episode. You must be really pleased with your fantastic weight loss. Keep up the good work.

Well I'm not dieting as such just exercising more to try and loose a stone and tone up. Well over the last week and half I've been running 8 times! When I got on the scales this morning I've gained 1lb! :confused3

I definitely look slimmer in my thighs so I'm going to keep it up but not sure about getting on the scales again as it is deflating when they keep going up. :sad2:

Just a quick question though - What's spinning????
 
Maybe you have gained muscle which weighs more than fat but burns more calories?

Spinning is an intense cycling class, you do sprints, stand up cycling etc and it is a killer!!

Oh, and I'm being bad, can't help it, it's my birthday and I need to eat a piece of this Tinkerbell birthday cake I've been given :rotfl:

I'll be back on track tomorrow...back to the gym I go!

I am relieved to have STS this week. It's been so difficult with the girls off, and there being lots of Jelly Tot cakes, choccie fingers and Pringles lying around. I hoping to be back on track once the little darlings are back at school/college :)

Lost 1lb this week - slowly, s-l-o-w-l-y... :faint: No, I'm pleased really - every pound lost takes me down to a weight I haven't been for many years and I'm even closer to dropping a jean size - can zip 'em up now... :woohoo: 5lbs to go to reach my target...
