thanks nat,natasha & jeanette:)
i will let you all know tomorrow.the only good thing is,i have walked loads this week.if anyone knows llandudno,i have walked twice, round the orme, which is about 5 miles, probably 6 betime i get home & it is uphill,in alot of places.last night we mustv'e marched, for about 5-6 miles,so i am hoping,i have limited the damage.
the craving was quite strong & i feared it would develop, into something, that i would lose control of.i was fine afterwards & didn't want anything else,so fingers crossed!

Oh Tracy, please try to think positive and don't worry about your little blip!

It'll keep coming off slowly but surely and a little treat now and then won't affect you much at all. With all the walking you said you've done then that should more than compensate for your sandwich :goodvibes

I got a lovely compliment today from our cleaner at work, she actually noticed how well I'm doing. She tells me she can definately see a difference in me, which gave me a wonderful little boost, I was all exicted that someone noticed who I wouldn't even have thought would.

And on another note, I've increased my treadmill running time tonight at the gym

i'm just down the road from you, so any time you fancy a walk -a slow walk for me at the mo, let me know!!

...Sadly I feel off the diet wagon in spectacular style lol. However, hopefully now Im back on track, dh and I joined a gym yesterday, just got back from playing squash and swimming, Im hoping exercising together will keep me motivated. Ive also started SW again today.

You'll be fine, Jen!!! The exercise will up your metabolism and that's what really helps to burn the calories. I love the gym and if I go regularly I can eat pretty much what I want... :yay:
I lost 1/4 lb but im so pleased as I expected to put on weight this week as I was selling Krispy Kreme doughnuts for charity all day on wednesday and we had a few boxes left at the end so I bought 2 dozen! :guilty: As most of my housemates went home this weekend I ended up eating about 4/5 a day for 3 days in a row so its a miracle I actually lost this week...
What a great way to lose 1/4lb!!! I love KrispyKremes...

I have STS this week, whcih I'm quite happy about considering I've eaten enough this weekend to feed a small army :rotfl:

Back on the straight and narrow now, though, and hoping for a good result next week :goodvibes

Well done, Joh! And tons of luck for the next week... :goodvibes

I've lost 1lb this week. :)

Great result, Kathryn... :cool1: :cool1: :cool1:
well its my weigh in,tomorrow & i am really worried,as i had a cheese sandwich on sunday night.it has been my 1st blip, but i was so hungry & really craving a sandwich.hubby thought i said i fancied a cheese one, when i said chicken,so when he made it for me,i ate it.i would never have made one myself,i would have just tried to get through it,but i will admit,i enjoyed it.
i did go on a 2 hour march yesterday,to try to compensate.i won't call it a walk,as hubby doesn't do walking! i hope i haven't done,too much damage.
good luck to everyone this week.
Awww Tracy, I'm sure it'll be OK...

OMG I know the Orme and wow!!! You're working so hard AND walking so far!!! :worship: :worship: :worship: I'm sure your weigh-in will be positive but I'll be keeping my fingers etc crossed for you tomorrow...

I made a wedding cake last year for a client who booked me for Sunday for her daughters christening cake and when she came in the house she said "wow, you've lost a lot of weight since I last saw you".

Well knock me down with a feather how chuffed was I. Although I don't actually really feel like i've lost almost 2 stone I know I have because I had to bin all my clothes as my jeans would end up round my ankles when I reached up into a cupboard :lmao: but it was just so nice that someone noticed and the fact that she's a client and didn't have to say anything nice made it even more special :goodvibes

When i've lost another 4 stone i'm hoping that a lady photographer who I work with alot will take some 'special' photos either for DH birthday or our Anniversary.

A long way to go yet and I hate having my photo taken so this would be something pretty special :goodvibes.
