i will let you all know tomorrow.the only good thing is,i have walked loads this week.if anyone knows llandudno,i have walked twice, round the orme, which is about 5 miles, probably 6 betime i get home & it is uphill,in alot of places.last night we mustv'e marched, for about 5-6 miles,so i am hoping,i have limited the damage.
the craving was quite strong & i feared it would develop, into something, that i would lose control of.i was fine afterwards & didn't want anything else,so fingers crossed!

The exercise will up your metabolism and that's what really helps to burn the calories. I love the gym and if I go regularly I can eat pretty much what I want...
As most of my housemates went home this weekend I ended up eating about 4/5 a day for 3 days in a row so its a miracle I actually lost this week...
but it was just so nice that someone noticed and the fact that she's a client and didn't have to say anything nice made it even more special
