I've lost 2lbs this week. :yay: That means I have cancelled out that 2lb weight gain from last week! I feel I'm now back on track! Usually I would have just given up after putting on but I'm trying to be positive! Thanks for all the support!

I feel like im having a really bad day today for the first time since i started i ate something behind Matts back only a ww carrot cake but i feel so bad that i want to eat more :confused:
(i didnt eat it i stuffed it)

Don't worry hun! I've just had a WW dessert too, we're allowed a treat!! If you didn't, then you'd only crave further and just go all out and eat all kinds of junk!!

Matt won't mind, just tell him and then maybe he'll have a little treat too!
 
natasha one ww carrot cake will be fine! infact when i was on ww i used to love eating them :)
well tonight i have got my sw magazine out and made a meal from one of their recipes
beef burgers and home made chips and salad to go with it!! we all had it and they loved it, not like anyone else here needs to lose any weight, just me...- absolutely lovely- i'm stuffed- i just cant believe how much you can have to eat with sw!!
I am doing something with a tuna fillet tomorrow night- not sure what though!!:rotfl:

Well done everyone. Nat don't feel bad about one ww carrot cake one piece isn't going to do anything and like its been said if you don't have a treat every now and then you only end up wanting it more and will end up going on a huge binge.

1ib down this week, would have preferred more but a loss is a loss as long as it keeps going down and not up. Hopefully the walking this weekend will outweight all the nice meals out that ill be eating.

I'm not a great lover of cereal (I get bored) and I don't want to eat too much bread so toast is an occasional treat.
I had poached egg on toast this morning which is okay as it's only one slice.
What do you low carb lovers have for breakkie?

I'm not a weekday breakfast person (feel horribly nauseated if I eat before around 11am) but at the weekend I have grilled bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms and some form of egg. My DH is currently into kippers which are carb-friendly. Or what about an omelette?
