I've lost 2lbs this week.That means I have cancelled out that 2lb weight gain from last week! I feel I'm now back on track! Usually I would have just given up after putting on but I'm trying to be positive! Thanks for all the support!

I feel like im having a really bad day today for the first time since i started i ate something behind Matts back only a ww carrot cake but i feel so bad that i want to eat more![]()

1ib down this week, would have preferred more but a loss is a loss as long as it keeps going down and not up. Hopefully the walking this weekend will outweight all the nice meals out that ill be eating.

I need some breakfast inspiration
I'm not a great lover of cereal (I get bored) and I don't want to eat too much bread so toast is an occasional treat.
I had poached egg on toast this morning which is okay as it's only one slice.
