well after a great week last week i am very pleased to report a

14.5lb loss

Good luck to everyone this week - I am going to weigh in tomorrow (giving myself time to recover from the excesses of the weekend - too much Chinese food and alcohol on Sat night ;) )
 
OMG, after a few really bad weeks i managed to lose 4lbs,:woohoo: so back on track now. Hopefully lose a few more before hols.

this week as I have been bad.........very very bad:)
might get my arm twisted by the end of the week.

I shall be weighing in on Friday as usual and hoping to be down a couple of lbs by then... I shall try and persuade my DD to join us as she's recently started low-carbing and has lost a fantastic 8lbs in her first week!!! Well done, Sophie!!! :hug: :woohoo: :hug:

hi new here. just wondered what diets people are doing and what success they are having. im a really impatient dieter and always want quick results (even though i know slow and steady is best). im trying to keep myself motivated with thoughts of my hol next year, what keeps everyone else going?

Kellie - I am an avid Weight Watchers dieter - you can eat what you like as long as you count it and I like the meetings for motivation.

This week I only managed half a pound - but better than nothing considering that it's that time and all! :)
