DIS DIETERS THREAD ~ w/c 31st January '11

I weigh around the same as I did at the start of Jan :headache: However, I am getting fitter and more toned, just need to sort out my diet to see the weight come off and stay off... watch this space :rolleyes:

Well done to everyone else though, I wish I had your motivation :thumbsup2 keep up the hard work. I refuse to slope out of the DIS Dieters Thread as it ensures I at least go to the gym a few times a week :laughing:
 
Well done everyone, amazing what it all adds up to!

I had -5, -3, STS, STS - total of -8 lbs now.

The past two weeks are very dissapointing but at least overall i have lost 8 pounds - and so far kept it off. I really must go to the gym, i've been saying it for ages now though so hopefully i go and help me start losing again!

Just got back from my weekly weigh in a WW and i've lost another 3lb this week :)
I've managed to lose 13lb in 4 weeks.

More importantly for me i am now back to the weight i was before i had Megan so im chuffed to bits with that!

I have another 7lbs to go until i get to my 10% weight so looking forward to getting there!

Im off to Chiquitos on Saturday for my Nan's 70th Bday - so going to be a hard week this week.

More importantly for me i am now back to the weight i was before i had Megan so im chuffed to bits with that!

I have another 7lbs to go until i get to my 10% weight so looking forward to getting there!

Im off to Chiquitos on Saturday for my Nan's 70th Bday - so going to be a hard week this week.

Afternoon all :)

I won't post my stats, as I don't have any becuase I joined up in the last week, but I did lose a total of 2lb that week, which wasn't bad!

Bad start to this week though: had a meal out on Saturday with DBF for our anniversary, takeaway on Monday night, training day at work yesterday with complimentary lunch (a huge lasagne), and a cake from my chef at work who is leaving today. Haha! I'm surprised I'm not rolling around by now actually! :lmao:
Maybe I'll sit out this week :rotfl:

I will try. Starting now ;) no sweeties on my cinema date with DBF tonight!

Hope everyone else's week is better than mine!

I know how you feel Steffi, I weighed in early last week as I was out Thursday evening, and during the last week I have had:- Pizza Express Thurs evening, white zinfandel Fri evening, BHS brekkie Sat morning, pub and Indian meal Sat evening and an all you can eat Chinese buffet for my DD's birthday Mon evening :faint: I have done one Zumba class this week, and have eaten properly inbetween so fingers crossed I haven't done too much damage ;)

So for January I lost 4, 2½, 2½, 2 giving a total of 11 lbs for the month.

I'm very happy with that! :cloud9:

I'm eating out on Sunday so going to use my 49 weekly WW points for the first time. :scared1:

Looking forward to some WW beef tacos tonight, from the new recipe book my Mom just bought me

I'm really excited for this week actually and praying that I'll see a good result at the end of it. To dip into the 10st bracket would mean the world to me

I have only lost 1lb this week but to be honest with you, Im pleased about that as I thought as soon as I started eating after my illness the 5lb I lost last week would go back on, but ive managed to keep it off:goodvibes

Well done everybody on a successful January.

I am very disappointed today as I STS after 2 weeks. I thought I was eating the right amount to have a tiny loss each week so was expecting about 1lb loss, so to have not lost at all was a bit of a blow. I will keep to this regime for another 2 weeks and if I am still not losing I will have to think about lowering my intake again. I suppose I could always kid myself that it's because I have been exercising more and muscle weighs more than fat. ;)

Still January overall went:

Didn't weigh, -3lb, didn't weigh, STS = 3lb for the month.
keep going your doing so well, sure youll see a loss
Not a chance, I'm actually up 0.2kg :sad2: I was on target for a loss but then got lax and didn't bother tracking or weighing for the last few days. Lesson learnt iWatchr is back up and running on the iPod and the weighing scales are out this week so we'll see how I get on.

3.8kg to get back to goal

Can't wait to move out from the 11 stone something group into the 10 stone something group.

I got my first shiny 7 and my 5% sticker, and I bought myself a WW magazine and a box of WW mints as a reward !!!

well I STS this week which is amazing considering what I've eaten/drunk so I'll need be extra good this week. Only 1.5lb til half stone so thats my aim for the week. Well done everyone, onwards and upwards :sad2: <----again Paige wanting to put "stickers" on

As far as I know I don't have any meals out this week so really hoping for a lb off. 2lb would be extra nice as I'd be in the next stone bracket and on the home run!
