Hi all just back from my weekly weigh in and i am so thrilled as i have lost 4lbs this week :woohoo::woohoo::woohoo:

I treated myself to a slow cooker from asda as well after reading Nats thread as it will be very useful for days we go to footie etc and make it easy for me to stick to my new plan at the weekends :thumbsup2

well done to everybody this week and good luck for the next x
 
ive managed to lose 2lb :cool1: I told my leader at ww it was the lack of cocktails this week :rotfl2:

Well done everyone! I'm back down the gym tomorrow. That always worked better for me than dieting so hopefully with WW I'll get my motivation back.:yay:
 
hi all

last week i posted that i was going to join a slimming club but in the end i didn't as i really want ot do it myself, i know what to eat and what not to eat and i really feel that ive got my head in the right zone now :thumbsup2 so ive started afresh this morning and have the cupboards and fridge all stocked up with lots of low fat and healthy stuff. ive worked it out that i need to lose between 1 1/2 = 2lb a week to get we to the weight i felt comfortable at.

Just weighed in this morning and I've lost 3 and a quarter pounds (oh yes I'm counting the quarter:rotfl:) for my first week back following Slimming World, so I'm feelng quite pleased about that. My aim is 2lbs per week, slow and steady, so it's all good!! Keep it up ladies!! xx

I have just had a lovely healthy home made pineapple, passion fruit, lime and apple smoothie for lunch, it was delish and gives me lots of energy.:thumbsup2 I have noticed if I ate cake/biscuits I end up feeling tired.

I've lost 1.2kg this week and I'm only 5.1kg away from goal which I would have never have thought possible when I started back in November :eek:

I haven't weighed in yet as I haven't been to my Mum's to use the scales - but I am not holding my breath - I feel as though I won't have lost anything - but on a positive note I have been good so far this week and will continue to do so (but might have a day off on friday as it is my birthday and we are having dinner out - my downfall!)

Well, it looks as though I might finally be back on track as I've lost 3 1/2 lbs this week. Only 6lbs to go till I am under 11 stone (my pre-holiday target). With 4 more weigh ins, I'm feeling a bit more positive about making it :)

Sorry I've not been about much to read how well everyone's been doing! Had such a busy week last week I've not had chance to visit the boards much.

I've STS this week, a little disappointed, but will keep at it and see what happens this week :)

I have got to lose the 8lb that I put on on holiday and the weight I didn't lose before going :headache:

does anyone know about slimming worlds 'extra easy' diet? is it any good? I think I might have to sign up to a proper class instead of going it alone

Well done Jen, good luck everybody.

Sadly I have STS this week and have been good all week, think I could have been rewarded with a 1 1b loss, still I may have lost 3/4 lb and it just doesn't show up on my scales.:) Anyway feel better for getting back into healthy eating and my weight is within the normal bracket any way so not too bad really.
 
1 and a quarter lbs for me this week = 4.5lbs so far this month :D It's all good!
