DirectTV on Frontier flights

I will be on a Frontier flight while the Saints/Cardinals football game is on next Saturday. I know they offer DirectTV and Fox is one of the channels offered.

My questions is, how do you pay the $6 fee? Do you have to wait for the FA to come around or is there a way to activate the DirectTV service directly from your seat? This is my first experience flying Frontier (actually booked with Midwest, but am on a Frontier codeshare flight).

There is a slot on the TV and you run your credit card through it, just like at an ATM.

The only thing you would have to wait for a FA to give you would be the headphones. If you bring your own, just swipe and watch.

My boys enjoyed this option on our last flight. We didn't know they had the TV/Movie option so the boys were excited to try this out.
