You run around in this time rover chasing after, and being chased by, big scary dinosaurs, many of whom are trying to eat out. It's rather loud, and you come pretty close to several very scary dinos.
You gave a very accurate description, Sue in MN!SueM in MN said:I guess 'intense' and 'startling' would be good words for it. There are things that happen suddenly and unexpectedly and it is very dark (except for when the dinos sort of lean out of the darkness to try to eat you). You are 'looking' for a specific dino, so your jeep slows down to 'look' when you get to a dino and when you see 'dangerous' ones, you speed up suddenly to get away.
As the others said, it is very rough, it's mostly very dark and dinos sort of 'jump' out ahead of you. So, if you (or your kids) might consider that scary, then be prepared to be scared.

To try to explain a little more.hniki234 said:It's not like Soarin' or Body Wars in the sense that there's a screen in front you. This is an actual ride. You get in a car and look for the dinosaur as others have mentioned. It's a great ride. My little sister (7) was scared to death on the ride last year. I'm 25 and it still gets me at the end!
outta me!! It's a fun ride, but the dinos scare me. If it didn't have the dinos, or even just the plant-eating dinos, I'd be fine. You have to try it, you can always shut your eyes and duck your head into the person next to you, as long as you know them.
