Dinosaur opening

i remember someone advising that dinosaur will often open 1/2 hr after park opening. is it indeed opening up later. making my AK plans

We were there last week. We got to AK at 7:45am, and FOP and Navi were running right away. We went straight from there to Dinosaur, and rode it around 8:45am. It was running by then, and still walk on.
