I'm considering options for 2016 - ideally I want to go 2 weeks at Easter but the Disney hotels are very expensive without the dinning plan (not valid for my dates)...so considering May half term for a week instead.
If I go at Easter and DONT stay in a Disney hotel what is the situation with making dining reservations....how far in advance can you book...and is there any danger we wouldnt be able to get reservations - only been once before and we had everything wrapped up well in advance and stayed in the Wilderness lodge so was great for convenience.
Also considering Dolphin / Swan....I am not totally sure if these get all the benefits of the other Disney hotels....it doesnt list Magic+ on the site when booking so a little unclear after searching around for a while.
Can you help me understand the disadvantages to Swan/Dolphin and/or staying off site all together.
