Dinning Discounts

I think I have read it here on the DVC boards.
Is there some sort of card you can purchase to get discounts on dinning? I'm starting to think the dinning plan is not really a savings for us anymore since you have to add an extra $20+ a day for tips.
We don't NEED to do a table service dinner everyday so maybe a discount card would be better for us.

You can purchase the Tables in Wonderland card (TIW) for $75 if you have an AP or PAP.

Or you can use the DVC member discounts on dining.

If you are interested in discounts on non-table service, the TIW card probably won't help that much because there are very few counter-service places that will take them.
