From what I can remember, there are no booths in the dining room, so all of the tables should be accessible.

It is my (possibly flawed) understanding that the form spells out all the special accomodations that DCL needs to know about. If you do not have it already, here is the link. Note that is has to be submitted 30 days prior to sailing so not too terribly much more time left.
