Dinner with an Imagineer, no more?

Hi All,

Was looking forward to doing the Dinner with an Imagineer at HBD during my April trip but according to what my Dreams planner and I can find it seems that they just do the lunch now. Anyone know if this is true or not? Kinda disappointed because the lunch times definitely do not fit my itinerary.

I always thought that it was lunch with an Imagineer and not dinner. Don't forget that lunch is during "normal" business hours.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's LUNCH with an imagineer. I don't know if that's different than before, but that's how it is now.

Several sites have both lunch and dinner listed, and I have read reviews of the dinner here on the Dis. I think they have eliminated that option though now and it is just the lunch. Oh well, maybe next trip! Thanks so much for your help figuring it out!!

Are you within 30 days of the day that you are looking for? This normally can only be booked 30 days out.

Hi, Mike!

I have been following the threads about this because we are very interested in dining with an Imagineer on our August trip.

I did see something about them discontinuing the dinner but that was never really confirmed. It seems like they used to offer dinner and NOT lunch on Wednesdays but now it is lunch on Mon, Wed, & Fri. I think the only time they offer lunch is 11:30 AM.

I hope you are able to work this out with your schedule! I want to hear your thoughts on the experience! Of course if it doesn't work out you are welcome to join our party of 5 for lunch in August.
