Dinner in Canada -- not good

I tried it twice and never again. Figured first time was just probably a bad day. But second time was exactly the same. Service was lousy. The place was dirty (floors) and so noisy. Steak was just ok - nothing great - certainly can't compare to Concourse Steakhouse or Yachtsman's!!! Can't understand why people rave about it. It's a definite "never again" for me.

We love Le Cellier. But I can understand how it's not for everyone.
