Dinner at MGM during Star Wars weekend

We will be in MGM for Star Wars weekend. Do the SW festivities end at a certain time?... or does it go as long as the park is open? I don't want to schedule a dinner that will make my DH and DS miss any activities.

Also...I need two dinner Ps's while at MGM..where do you guys suggest...I did H&V and hated it..so I need something new.

If I remember correctly from SSW last May, you should be fine for dinner. I know we had to change PS for an early lunch at SciFI because there was a special Star Wars Parade at 11. I found out about the parade shortly before we left and we were lucky to get a late lunch - they only had one or two spaces left.
