Dining with a Imagineer

I am currently starting to plan our trip to Disney in January. My husband and I thought about doing this and I was just wondering if any one here has done it and if they think its worth it.

Also how is the food at Hollywood Brown Derby? I have heard mixed reviews on them as well.

If you have three hours to spare and like chatting about Disney it's worth it.

It's a lot of food. There was bread, a soup, salad, entree and dessert. You could choose between two or three items for the entree and dessert (it's not a full menu). Nonalcoholic beverage was included and you could buy an alcoholic one if you wanted.

I love talking about Disney so this would be right up our alley. I had forgotten about this.

Time's not really an issue...This will be hubby's first visit and we want to take it easy and relax. We are going for our honeymoon and wanted to do something special...this sounds like it might be a good idea.
