My daughters Dance school is planning a trip for 2009. The travel agent states that there will be 6 breakfast tickets and 6 dinner tickets...

Has anyone else traveled with a group that used tickets/vouchers and how is it different from the dining plans?

These are normally quick service vouchers (counter service)...from what I recall, they include one entree, one drink, and one dessert. I believe that breakfast excludes the dessert but you get a juice instead.

Thank You - This helps.... I prefer to sit for breakfast SO if they confirm that these tickets/vouchers are indeed counter service meals...

I will have to decide whether or not the vouchers are worth the $$.

No problem...I almost bet you can use them for lunch or dinner as well...just ask the travel agent...a typical counter service lunch/dinner will cost you about $10-$13 withOUT dessert and $13-$16 WITH dessert...do some cost comparison and see if the vouchers will benefit you at all...you might be able to do your sit down breakfast, then use the vouchers for lunch & dinner & still come out ahead of the game by at-least a few dollars.
