Dining Time Change?

We are cruising on the wonder 8/15 and today I received a letter saying DCL has changed our early seating. It is now 5 30! Late seating is now 7 45! Ugh, now maybe late seating is better for us!
Just wanted to let everyone know.

They must be testing the new dining times on the Wonder also. I know they are testing 4 sailings on the Magic (ours is the last one on 8/3/02) with the new dining times.

From what some posters have said, the 7:45 times work out great, but the 5:30 times is a bit early.

After reading these boards this morning I called DCL and found out that the 8/18 cruise on the WOnder is also one of the cruise where the dining times have been changed to early. I immediately called my TA and got my times changed to late.
5:30 for early dining seems way to early.
Thanks to these boards I have been getting great tips.

Does anybody know the exact dates? If the test is running on 8/29, 9/1, or 9/5, I'd love it know because those are the dates of our upcoming Wonder cruises, and that will definitely impact our plans. If we are on dates with the new early times, it will be interesting to see how that works out. No letter from DCL, so I'm curious about when our dinner times will be.
