This is my first DC and we’re going on a 4 night to the Bahamas in 2 weeks! We booked dinner at Palo the first night, Dinner at Remy the second night, I’ve heard around the board that the pirate party will be our 3rd night after castaway cay. The 4th and last night I was hoping to dine at the royal palace. Is that something we can request once on board? Or if I miss it am I just out of luck?

You could call and request (or have your TA do it if you used a TA) a rotation with Royal Palace the last night. But it may be too late if you're 2 weeks out.
Just know that even asking on board they may not be able to accommodate. It seems like the 5/16 Dream cruise is pretty full (last time I looked they ONLY had veranda rooms available), so there may not be a lot of room to move people around.

And I even had them on the phone today too! :(
