Dining reservation observation

I've noticed that online there are often a lot fewer dining times available than if you call the dining reservation line directly. At disney now and have had perfect luck calling but no luck online.

That might be because their web site is known to be down more than up so the CM's have a more up to date list. I've had that happen to me on more than one occasion, I couldn't get anything on MDE when in the park and walked up to GS and they found something.

Good to keep in mind, I usually just look online.
