Dining Plus CS's at Epcot

I was surprised to see that the Cantina de San Angel and Tangierine were not listed on the CS for Dining plus. And since the Land is closed (It still is right?) there is such limited choices for our Dining Plus plan.
Both Mexico and Morrocco's CS seem to be the same price as other CS's so I am wondering if anyone knows if they actually do get included in the plan OR does anyone know if they have added anything to make up for the loss of Sunshine Season at the Land temporarily. We will be there in mid April and it sure seems limited to only two places to eat (Liberty and Electric Umbrella)where there is real selection for our family. This one seems a challenge...

I was also disappointed to see that these were not included in the Dining Plan. All in all, I feel as if the choices at Epcot are more limited than the other parks, and I don't know why. I would love to see the choices expanded
