Dining Plan questions about substitutions

can desserts or even entrees be substituted for appetizers? are people allowed to split meals on the dining plan & stretch their meals?

I keep hearing there are no subs. for app vs. dessert. I guess they'd do and app for an entree? If you are doing cs, sure you can share, but at ts it's probably frowned on. At buffets or family style it's not allowed for sure. Happy planning!

We shared meals at alot of TS...sometimes one was more hungry than the other so the less hungry would order soup or a salad and we'd share the meal if you tell the server sometimes they'll split the meal in the kitchen not a big deal
