Dining Plan Question

Hi all, we booked our holiday with First Choice through travel agent in Feb 09. We added Dining Plan to our booking in March. Now when we made all our ADR's, Disney did not have any record of us being on the dining plan. I thought at this time, that it was just a case of the information not being passed on due to late booking of the plan. However, I have just phoned Disney today and they still have no record of the Dining plan on our booking.
Now I'm worried. I will try and get to travel agent this afternoon to see whats happened. Any help would be appreciated.

When you added the DDP on in March did you get an amended invoice?

Did you get a confirmation email or letter? And did the money definitely leave your account?

Thanks for the replies: yes I had paid for it and it was on the invoice.
I've just come back from travel agent. They phoned Thomson and they informed me that they usually notify Disney 2 weeks before travel day of all booking requirements, so I don't need to worry.
I just told them that I would phone Disney 7 days before travel, just to make sure plan has been added.
Must say when I phoned Disney today, I was only on phone 3 minutes from dialing there ADR number: must be a record. I did ring on the hour 7.00 florida time.

Good news. I phone hotel yesterday and dining plan has now been added to our reservation. Hooray.
Even better news is that we're off tomorrow Can not believe its finally arrived.

The same thing happen us last year when we were staying in animal kingdom lodge, we were told that we did not pay for the dinning and so the manager would not put it on our keys. He even refused to come out of the office to speak with us, and told us ( through the front desk) to contact our travel agent. Our travel agent was disney.co.uk, but he refused to look on line. The whole problem took 2 days to sort out. My advice is to take it in writing, I only had the booking ref number.
