Dining Plan Question

Sorry if this has already been asked... I tried searching posts but couldn't find anything...

My parents are DVC members and I'm trying to do all their research for them because they don't know much and expect me to have all the answers haha.

They saw the new offer recently for free dining and wondered if they are eligible as DVC members? They have already booked their stay for September though. Just wondered how these offers worked for members?

Would appreciate any help!

Unfortunately not.

DVC can have DDP but have to pay for it. It has to be requested via Member Services at least 48 hours prior to check in and has to be paid direct to the resort in $.

The free DDP is only available to UK people if they purchase a package from a travel agent including accomodation and tickets.

the perk we have is that we dont have to buy a park ticket to get the DDP if staying on points,but we have to pay when we check in its $39 per night per person on reservation.
