Dining Plan Question

We are leaving for disney in about a month - and we have the QSDP. We will be there for 7 nights/8 days.

I think I understand that the dining plan is for the amount of nights that we stay - so we would get 7 days worth of dining plan. But can we use the dining plan on that 8th day if we still have credits left? I was mostly wondering if we will be able to use the meal card to grab a quick breafast before our flight home (as long as we have a meal credit left on our card)?

Yes. Your meal credits are based on your seven nights worth of stay, but you can use your meal credits on your last full day, as long as you have some left. My understanding is that they expire on your last day at midnight, although I could be wrong.

We have always used our last counter service credits as a breakfast on our last day.

Absolutely correct. You receive all of your credits as a "lump sum" at check-in, and you may use them any time up until midnight of your check-out day.

If you wanted to (and were crazy enough) you could use all your credits on your first day. There are no restricted on how many you use on what day. The only thing to be aware of is any unused credits will vanish at 11:59:59pm on the day you check out of your resort.
