Dining Plan Question

The description of the Dining Plan says:

For each night of your package, the Disney Dining Plan includes the following meals for each Guest in your One Table-Service Meal, One Counter-Service Meal, One Snack

My question is, when can you use these credits? I assume you can use them as soon as you get your room key. But can you use any left-over credits on the day you check out (after you've already checked out, that is)?

Yes you can use your credits on the day you check out, all day.

Yes-the first time we had the plan (Jan. 05) we had alot of CS credits to use. After checking out of the POP we went next door to CBR (their food court had more choices to go) and loaded up for the rest of the day (lunch on the run) and food for the plane ride home. We ended up with 2 bags of food-would have cost $80.

Your credits expire at midnight on the day of check out.
