I was wondering about where to eat on Christmas Eve. According to allearsnet, they have certain restaurants have special offerings on Christmas Day, but I was wondering if they have anything special on Christmas Eve? I was thinking of trying to book Ohana, but I really love the regular dinner offerings there. I was wondering if they would be changing the menu on Christmas Eve?

All Ears is usually the place you can find variations from regular menus. I've never seen anything listed about Christmas Eve, so I'd have to assume regular menus are available. Maybe someone who has been there on Christmas Eve had more info.

I know you asked about Ohana, but we did the Candlelight Processional at Epcot on Christmas Eve with priority seating at a restaurant- they had four or five different package choices (you got seating at the Candlelight Processional and a dinner package for a pre-determined price.) If that is something you want to do on CHristmas Eve, you will not be able to sit at the processional without the priority seating due to the large crowds. I would try to get an earlier dinner time, because we ended up waiting over an hour for our priority seating to become available!!!

I would be a little wary of "expecting" variations to the menus.

We ate at 1900 Pk Fare on Christmas Eve 2004, and although allears had posted there would be a "festive" selection" on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, there was nothing different on offer. We werent bothered, as there was the usual selection of lovely dishes.

However, for Christmas Day, we especially wanted a turkey dinner in one of the nicer restaurants. I searched the net for menus and picked the California Grill, who where going to offer roasted turkey with yam mash and seasonal vegetables.

We were very disappointed to find that this was NOT on offer on Christmas day, and the server was quite rude when we asked about it.

Although the meal we chose was nice, it wasnt exactly what we wanted for that day.

Even the CM when I booked assured me that "ALL" the restaurants offer a festive selection over the holidays. Im afraid that isnt the case, so it may be wise not to get your hopes up too much.

Whatever you pick, I hope you enjoy it.

We ate Christmas Day dinner at Palio's at the Swan and they had a special "featured" 5 course meal which was Prime Rib. There were 9 of us and I think 5 got this meal but I'm not a big fan of prime rib so I ordered from the menu. I am almost positive that the same meal was also offered on Christmas Eve but we did as another poster mentioned, and went to the Candlelight Processional on Christmas Eve and has our dinner package seating at Restaurant Marrekash. Enjoy your holiday stay in the world!

If you want a nice traditional turkey dinner on the night of Christmas Day or Eve, Liberty Tree Tavern is excellent! (but it might be extremely busy, make PS's well in advance and get to the restaurant early). It has a really nice feel to it during the holidays and the food is excellent IMO :)

Also, if you want a nice traditional turkey dinner anytime around November-December, Liberty Tree Tavern is excellent!

Finally, if you want a nice traditional turkey dinner in the middle of August while you are juggling, riding a unicycle, or writing a thesis, (or all activities combined!) Liberty Tree Tavern is excellent!

Yeah, LTT is my fave restaurant in DW :)
