If you buy points from a DVC member and book during Sept., can you get the free Dining plan offer? Or do you have to add the Dining plan at regular cost?

"Free" dining is Disney's way to fill cash rooms during the worst time of year, while charging full price for them. DVC is not included.

You cannot get free dining with a DVC points reservation. Free dining is available only with a full price room plus tickets package reservation booked through Walt Disney Travel Co.
