Hi

Was wondering if anyone had any advice for dining reservations for picky eaters. In the past, we have stuck to the dining at the quick eats for their simple menus, but this time we are going for a little longer and would like to take in some nicer restaurants. However, there are some picky eaters in the group, that we need to keep in mind. Any suggestions for our trip?

We find buffets easiest since there's always something everyone will eat.
We also check the menus before we plan our ADRs so we can see what places have things we like.

I would look at menus, and gravitate towards restaurants that have at least one item the picky people will eat. O choose buffets.

restaurants can also accomodate many preferences, leave off a sauce or put it on the side can make it easier. Worst case scenario, send the picky to a CS while you enjoy a TS~

Adults can get a kids menu item (double portion) they just double the price at TS locations. My Dad does this as he is the king of picky eaters! I like Rose and Crown, Crystal Palace, Narcoosees and Ohana best.

I second the "leave off the sauce" etc. My daughter is VERY picky but she usually is happy with protein (minus the sauce) and vegetables.

As an adult picky eater, I will third the "leave off the sauce" advice, as well as strongly recommending looking at menus in advance. My friends all know that as long as I can see a menu beforehand and can find one thing I will eat that I will be happy.

I'm a picky eater and have no problems finding something on most menus that I can work with. Disney is great about putting sauce on the side or changing the side dishes.

Oh this is good information...I didn't know Disney would do that. The kids menu is definitely where we can find some common ground!

Thanks everyone! Looks like we have a little more planning to look at when it comes to our food locations. I am hoping we can get more table service restaurants than quick service, as it can get a little old!
