I saw a CRT open, and grabbed it, charging to credit card. I am an AP holder (10% discount), but did not see opportunity to input anything to get discount. Would I need to call, and CM cancel and rebook to get 10% AP discount, or something similar? Also, if we do buy DDP, would CM be able to rebook on DDP, and refund back to credit card? Would losing the ADR be high probability?
With my Crystal Palace and Tusker House ADRs, I know they will take the 10% discount at the restaurant when they total and present the bill.
Thanks in advance.

They'll refund the discount when you get there. They can also refund and collect credits at that time. You might be able to find a phone agent who can refund the recut card and secure the reservation with dining credits, but I personally think it's too risky.

No. When you go to the restaurant for your ADR to check in, simply show them your AP and they will credit the 10% back to your form of payment. Do not cancel and try to re-book!

(I'm pretty sure that's the way - it should show up somewhere on an AP discounts & rates page, a CRT reservation detail page, or something similar.)

This is how it works for TiW, as well, fwiw.

For DDP, I believe you do the same -- get there for checkin and say, I'm on the DDP, and they refund your orig form of payment. Not sure on that; but someone else will chime in!
