I assumed junior meant that it was child who Disney considers an adult. If I am wrong - please correct me.

I think most people print them to cardstock and then mark them with either a pen or stamp them. Using Word, should work fine.

The card I did for you is 2 adults/2 children for 7 nights. Each receiving 1 table service (TS, CTS), 1 counter service (CS, CCS) and 1 snack (SN) per day. The 'C' in front stands for child.
