Ding Problem

I did a search on this subject but did not come up with anything that could help. Does anyone know what to do if the ding specials come up but when you click on them they do not connect you?

try just rebooting the computer . If that doesn't work you may have to reinstall Ding. Also make sure your still connected through Ding ( Right click the DingTail select Connect if it's avail if not then your connected)

I had a similar problem, only I did not realize I did not finish registering on the registration page. There is a scroll bar after inputting your airports which ask you to put in your zip code. After I did this it completed the registration and I now get ding with info.
