DING has blocked me...what's up?

Ok I FINALLY get the Ding I need and while I'm trying to find dates that will actually work between my schedule and co-workers vacations and it tells me I have made too many attempts and has now blocked me from doing anything.
How do they expect people to find the dates they need and cheap fares if they won't let them play with the schedule? UGH! I guess it wasn't meant to be.

Try to clear your cookies (tools, internet options).
