I am wanting to book a surprise for my fiance for our Honeymoon in 6 weeks and wondered if anyone had done Dine with an Imagineer and if it is worth it?

Also if anyne has any other idea of surprises I could do, please let me know? :)

Yes we did it and had a wonderful time! I booked it at 180 days out though and I would be very surprised if you managed to book with just 6 weeks to go, sorry x

Depending on your budget, I have booked us an 'intimate dining experience' at the grand Floridian, if you search on here using that as a thread title you'll see a wonderful review of it. It's $95 per person though plus tax and tip and another $75 for the private butler. I can't wait to surprise my hubby for our anniversary

How about a twosome paragliding at the Contemporary. You have to book with Sammy Duvall and I would suggest in advance. I tried to book while we were there last year and couldn't get in.

Or a Carriage ride around Port Orleans Riverside. That's quite cheap and very romantic. The bar is fun there too if you choose a night Ye Haw Bob is performing.

Or a hot air balloon (tethered) ride at Down Town Disney.

Or a spa session for two at one of the spas? I've read (but cannot confirm) that Saratoga Springs has the best on resort spa.

my vote is for dinner at victoria and albert!!

best meal i ever had!!! and best service!

I looking to book the Chef's Table at Victoria and Albert's for mine and DH wedding anniversary next year. It's not cheap but it looks soooooooo worth it :lovestruc

i didn't do the chef's table, but i thought the regular V&A was worth every penny i paid...
i didn't know what to expect, especially since it's a tasting menu, but it was spectacular...every morsel..

i took one of the podcasters (if you ever listen to the disunplugged podcast)..
she had the regular menu and i had a vegetarian menu...which means that she had some choices for each course, whereas, my menu was fixed.....
i think i remember her saying on the show that she liked it, but i can't speak for her...
i can only say that everything i had was indescribably delicious (and i'm not all that easily pleased)...
true the servings were very small, as is the norm with a tasting menu, but i certainly felt full by the end..
and every bite was truly wonderful...
and the service was impeccable..
i would eat there again in a heartbeat..

i'd love to eat there with DH for our 35th in a few weeks, but it's not to be...perhaps next time!! :)
