Dine with an animal specialist--better on a weekday?

We're planning to do this for our trip in June. We're arriving on Friday night and don't plan to visit a park on Saturday so were planning to schedule this then. We also have a day off from the parks on Wednesday, however, and given how noisy Sanaa is when its busy, I'm wondering if the experience would be better on a weekday.

Any thoughts from those who've been?

We did it on a Saturday and it was not noisy at all. I can't recommend this experience enough. We will probably do it again once our son is old enough to appreciate it.
