Dim Sum @ Nine Dragons

Has anyone had Dim Sum @ Nine Dragons? I've tried searching the forums and haven't found anything specific. DBF & I love to go here in Boston and have sort of started a tradition of trying to go to it in the various cities we've visited (so it's only been Chinatown in San Francisco but you have to start somewhere!) That being said, has anyone tried it at Nine Dragons? Is it "traditional" - i.e.: carts circulating the room or is it a off the menu type on thing? Is it served both lunch and dinner? Any and all information would be greatly appreciated! We currently have a PS for dinner one night when we are there but I would gladly change it to lunch if that meant dim sum! TIA!

Well if you are used to the dim sum in NY or Philadelpia and SF... then they have a small selection compared to those of the regular restaurant. And they don't go around in carts they give you a menu and you order frok there. We loved it though. We were just there last April for my bday and they we're awesome from service to the food we have ordered. I love their peking duck, shrimp shomai, fried dumplings and shrimp noodle. Also the party for 4 meal they have is really enough for 4 people!!! Really!!! I will edit this message when I get home to show you some pictures of the food.. I know am one of those crazy ones who take pictures of what they eat the Mouse's

We went there for Candelight Processional last year. All order off the menu. My son didn't care for the choices. My DH really enjoyed it. Can't remember what he had. It wasn't my cup of tea ... but it was even a nice change for me.

I was about to say the same thing as ANTSS... if you're used to the chinatowns at SF, NY and stuff I think you might be disappointed with nine dragon because of the limited choices. Next time you're in Chicago, go to the chinatown there too.
They have really good dim sum...
