I haven't posted lo's lately, and i have a confession to make -- i just did my Sept. cruise album by hand!! Yup, papers and stuff.. LOL I went to an all day crop on Monday, and was determined to do the entire album, simple but done.
I am finding myself torn b/w digi scrappin' and paper scrappin'. I hadn't done a paper album or page in about 2 years! I was so stressed packing for that crop, but i banged out an entire landscape CM album! LOL It's not as fancy as i would have done it digitally, but i really just wanted it DONE.

Hey progess is progress! I do paper LOs for what I call my year book and then digi LOs for when I want to make a whole book. Except for the several, many times, when only a kit from Britt will do, and then I do the LO digi style. I like both!

It's awesome that you got it done Caits!! Good for you!!!! That should be the ultimate goal for all of us, right? Record the memories and get the pics off the computer and out of the shoe boxes! I love digi scrapping, but I still love getting together for crops with friends.... We all still have lots of traditional projects we are finishing up.... This is probably kind of demented, but I digi scrapped pictures from a crop I hosted this weekend! LOL!!!

Oh no, I wish I was a SM CT! I'm one of the Scraps Matter Gang, kind of a welcome group for the community. Lots of fun. I've never been on any CT, though.

Janette - what don't you like? I think it's great. You're too hard on yourself! Love your pics.

Christy - wow. Those are beautiful. I love, love the pumpkin patch. And the pretty in pink and....well, they're all wonderful. That's what I can't do well..I can't use the embellishments to get that same effect that you get.

Here's another of 1900 Park Fare. That was a really good time. We had late reservations after the MNSSHP the night before and it wasn't crowded. The characters spent a lot of time visiting and coming back. The Mad Hatter was really funny. And to top it off the waitress was great and the food was as well. One of the best meals all trip. Would definitely go back. Oops...I guess I should post the layout and not the trip report here!

Christy - you have given me an idea; there really isn't a title since it's a combo page I have both Wishes & Spectro. I think I'll add one and make the journaling smaller.

Love all of your pages; I just saw Erica's new kit on her blog. I'm not sure I have pics for it right now but I'll pick it up while it's discounted.

Barbara - thanks; I do think it is okay but just not one that I really like yet. I have been looking at it too long. Love all of your character pages, the bright colors are perfect.

The pictures are from a variety of trips; I'm not a very good photographer and worse at night but I sometimes get lucky.

Okay, I've added a title. Small change but I think it makes the page more cohesive. Thanks Christy!

wen - I love your layout; I can't seem to get the layers right but I like the look of all the stuff depth & texture. Really a fun page.

Christy - Most people won't know that either; I'm pretty familiar with that stuff and didn't think about it not being obvious.

I'm working my way through my book; we spent very little time at the Studios so it only has one page.
