Digital Scrappers - Post pages here!!!

I love templates! They make putting a page together so easy. This weekend I am organizing my dig scrap file. It is truly amazing how much stuff you aquire in such a short period of time.

I use scrapbookpictures.com for my printing. You can have them print out any size you want. S/H is always $2.00 no matter how much you order. My pages have turned out beautiful since I started using them. I would not recommend Archievers though. They do not use photo paper and my pages were terrible when I recieved them. It is funny because I just got an email from them asking permission if they could use a couple of my pages for their ads. Shutterfly is also a great place I would recommend. I have had a couple of albums printed by them and they also have turned out beautiful.

I will get some templates up tomorrow as I just got back from seeing Pirates and I am aa bit sleepy LOL.

As for Pirates LOVED IT, LOVED IT, LOVED IT. Much better than the 2nd one but they could have cut about 20 minutes out easily and it wouldn't be almost 3 hours long. And if you haven't heard... sit through the credits... It is well worth it.. Things that make you go hmmmm is all I am sayinh

do most/any of you get these great layouts printed? Do you do it at home? Do you just keep them digital?

I also prefer to get my layouts printed. I either get 12 x 12 layouts printed from an online source, or I have done a couple of photo books as well. My next big purchase will probably be a wide format printer so I can print at home. I have a tendency to put off printing when I have to upload stuff.

We also LOVED IT!! My DS thought this one was the best of all 3. This one definitly had much more humor in it.

OK, I've never posted my LO's before, so going to give it a try. I was able to sneak away to the MK last week ALL BY MYSELF!! Something I've always wanted to do.... Anyways, since I was by myself, I was a "real" tourist, taking pictures of buildings and signs, etc. Not a single family member or friend in any of my shots, LOL! I've done 3 so far, but have lots more to do

I have so enjoyed looking at the layouts posted here and have been in awe of your work.

I'd love to hear some critiquing of my pages. The beauty of digi scrapping = can change anything at any time.....

Edited to add: Oh dummy me forgot to add my drop shadows... arg!

I love you LO's! I wouldn't change a thing. I would love to go to MK by myself (then I woudn't hear- stop dad mom is taking another picture). It had to be great.

Kelly - thanks for the templates. I'm really into templates lately as I have SOOOO many layouts to get done and templates help speed things along.

FWIW: I finally got my "drop shadows" problem figured out. When I save a layout as a full size .jpg (3600x3600) and print it, the shadows look fine. But if I save it as 600x600 .jpg, they look way too exaggerated...it's been driving me crazy.

Well I finally!!! figured out I have to merge the layers before saving as a smaller size .jpg. It's not necessary to merge them when saving as 12x12 but doing it before saving as a smaller image makes all the difference. So if you looked at my previously posted layouts & thought the shadows didn't look right...now you know why. So....my plan for today is to re-save all my layouts....fun.
