How does it work if I buy 150 pts from Disney SSR, but then later add 100 pts. VWL resale? Do I have two home resorts?

I would like info on that also.

I have 200 pts. at SSR. Currently in contract for 100 pts. at Boardwalk. Same use year.

How does that work?

Yes, you have two home resorts. And you can make 11 month out reservations at each of your home resorts, but only for the points you own at that resort. At the 7 month mark you can combine all your points and use them for any reservation.

Each contract will have a different number.
You will have your current membership number and the membership number belonging to the previous owner of the resale.
Each contract will be able to book 11months in advance at its home resort and seven months in advance at the other.

Your question has been answered very well, but I'd like to add that you can bank one contract and borrow on the other such that you can still use 200-300 points each year with a home resort 11 month booking window.

If you need more than 150 one year for a reservation at SSR - you can also borrow from the next year - if you need to book at your 11 month window. If you don't go back to WDW same year, you can bank the WL points into the next year - and next year, you would have 200 points for WL plus whatever you might have left from SSR - if you did not borrow them all.

I'll just add that you don't necessarily get a second membership number. If the use year is the same (even if the resorts are different, or one or both were bought resale), you should have only one membership. If the use years are different, then you will have two memberships.
