Different level of Memory Maker?

Is there a different level of Memory Maker only for the rides and Photopass photographers? Was there one in the past? My family isn't big on character dining and was just wondering if there was an option more cost conscious for us.

Just one level of Memory Maker.

There are no Photo Pass photographers for the actual dining bit of the character dining so it wouldn't be useful there anyway. (The only Photo Pass photographers are before the meal at Tusker House with Donald, Akershus with Belle and Royal Table with Cinderella)
