Difference in the Cinderella's Royal Table choices

Hello, I went to make an ADR at Cinderella's Royal Table and I was given three choices, 2 that were for dinner and one for breakfast. The only thing I noticed was there was a pre-fixed meal for one dinner and not for the other dinner. I booked the one listed as "Fairytale Dining during Dinner at Cinderella's Royal Table at Magic Kingdom" So do we get to order off the menu at this one or is the meal pre fixed? The word during is throwing me off.

At CRT, you select your courses from a menu, but you pay one fixed price. This is true at both lunch and dinner. I am not so sure about how they do breakfast now, but I know it's fixed price and it isn't a buffet.

I have not eaten here yet, but have looked at the menu on Disney's website. How it is listed for dinner is that you pick an appetizer, an entree and a dessert from a limited menu. The menu online had four appetizer choices, six entree choices and three dessert choices.
