What is the difference in Jedi Training: Experience the Force -vs- Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple on the Dream?

On the Dream (we have done 2 cruises with these offerings) it is like this - EtF is done at the kids club. My 8yo said it's 2 storm troopers and a general that come to the kids club (Oceaneer's) and they use their two fingers to use the force. The TotT is done in the theatre and they chose about 8 kids at the beginning. It is similar to JTA where they use lightsabers and Darth Vader is involved.
